Upon suspension or closure, nn33ln will investigate the circumstances and notify the user of the outcome via the contact details registered on the account. Where a suspension is found to be unwarranted following investigation, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balances will be returned. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the support team; any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures, subject to identity verification. Accounts that have been closed due to policy violations will not be eligible for reinstatement.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
